Key Pathways Counselling

Healing Attachment Trauma through Therapy

Attachment and CPTSD informed Therapist.

My primary focus is working with people that feel unable to change their anxious and/or avoidant patterns, preventing them from progressing in important areas of their lives. I provide a Person-Centred approach to therapy, informed by my understanding of CPTSD, Attachment Theory, IFS, Somatic Therapy, and ACT.

My name is Jay, and I provide online counselling that prioritises the integration of effective trauma informed treatment practices into an emotionally validating and supportive relationship that is sensitive to your developing needs. Together, our work will address underlying issues relating to Attachment trauma, including self-worth, self-criticism and emotional self-regulation.
